Where do I Start! Kaycee was amazing throughout the entire process of buying my 1st home. She recommended a lender to get me started, also didnt have a problem what so ever when I changed lenders mid search even encouraged it for a better deal. She took me to see many homes (many on short notice) that I found browsing zillow in the middle ifnthe night. She was very honest about things to look out for and even steered me away from homes that I had blinders on and ignored problems I shouldn't have. In the end I went with a new build and Kaycee came in clutch and recommended an amazing home inspector that found a few items wrong on the brand new property the builder missed. In the end she was the blessing I didnt know I needed (litterly didnt know I needed a realtor to buy a home 🤣). I made a friend an would recommend her to anyone close to me for buying an im sure even selling a home which hopefully I dont have to do for some time.
