When I first bought my house, I was told the roof was just replaced. Unfortunately, there was a leak, and I had another company come out and supposedly replace the roof. The roof lasted about a year, and then I noticed leaking again in the same area. I didn’t have a warranty, so I reached out to family members for another company, and my uncle recommended Barry and Malcolm Bros.They were extremely responsive from the get go. They came out and explained with photos why the previous roof wasn’t placed right, etc.They provided me several different options with different quotes, and ultimately they came out and fixed the roof. There was a minor issue at first, but they immediately came out and remedied that, and I have no had any issues since, and it’s been over a year now. Super appreciative for their attention to detail, responsiveness, and fair pricing!
