Contacted Dean to investigate an apparent roof leak. Despite a busy schedule, he worked it in just a couple of days after I called. He identified the furnace flue as a potential cause and re-caulked the boot. He was hesitant to bill me as he was wanted to be certain of the repair, so he asked me to keep an eye on it for a while and let him know if the leak stops. He was straightforward and honest with me, and he will be my first call for any roofing issues in the future.

I was referred to Dean by our insurance agent- Jacob Gregory- who also deserves a shout out!Dean came on a short notice to our home to inspect a leak and potential damage due to storms. Just by the phone conversation I knew he had integrity in his work and was professional. Upon inspection interior and exterior he was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable while being personable and very honest.He will also work along side your insurance company to help with the communications and legwork which goes a long way for an already busy person. He was able to fix a leak on-site right then. Which helped me not to have to reschedule another visit and was a win win for both of us. I would trust Walker roofing for my roofing needs. Walker Roofing did an outstanding job on my new roof. They are a local family owned business and have very reasonable prices. Dean and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He was always willing to take calls or texts when I had questions. His crew did a wonderful job with the installation and cleanup afterward, and Dean's son, Zion, came back the next day to do an additional sweep for nails. Dean was great to work with. It was a challenge with the insurance company and took nearly a year of back and forth with them after Hurricane Helen. He never gave up and never charged us a penny until it was all settled.
