Really great service from beginning to end. Gave realistic timeframes and arrived on time. Provided explanation and cost in a way I could understand without feeling stupid. Friendly conversation and even extended a light pull so my smaller visitors could reach to switch the light on themselves. It was nice to get someone local as well. Thank you
