Darren came out to give us our estimate, Aastro was around the same price as our other estimates but they had a better warranty. I needed my roof replaced very quickly so we could begin another project. Darren was wonderful and always reachable well after I signed the contract and throughout the job. Was so disappointed. After reading all the great reviews, we decided to call Aastro for an estimate for our roof that needs replacing. Appoinment was scheduled for 4pm but they never showed up. Called at 4:30 and was told someone would be here in 45 mins. waited 2 hours but nothing. Needless to say we are using another company. Completely unprofessional.... More
