We’ve been attending this gym for a few years now (including their first location) and we love it. There is something for everyone, our kids, myself and my husband! We enjoy the group fitness classes and love how they offer morning and night options for these. The adult and kids Jiu jitsu classes are wonderful, we adore professor Bryan and all his knowledge and patience with our kids! There are a ton of options to attend one of these classes as well, evenings, or daytime homeschool times for children and open mat on the weekends!

EAA isn't your run of the mill gym, it's got a really wonderful and inviting vibe. Perfect for families; no sitter tonight? bring the kiddos along while mom and dad get their boxing on, the kids can enjoy the free playroom. Not into boxing and JJ, there are plenty of other fitness classes to choose from. Paris and Brian have really outdone themselves. The new location/building on Broadway has been a welcome addition to the Downtown Estacada businesses. 100% recommend to EVERYONE.
