A ++ 1000 stars would not be enough. I notice immediately that "safty first" is top priority. This put me at ease,right away, with them wearing proper gear, ie helmets, eye protection, gloves ect. As well Notifying me the night before , if the weather or any other obstacles is in way of their work they would reschedule. I had a major time crunch and they were able to get me in the next day. They also have the best price in town. With no additional cost from estimate. Price includes the break down of branches, wood and cleanup. I took in a total of 5 bids and the other companies were way higher adding few hundred for clearn up. Monster Tree was more professional, very kind , yet simpler to communicate my needs on a human level. Where as other companies want to tell me what I need making cost higher. Monster Tree noticed one thing I did miss durning the estimate visit , which really was a nessary. So glad they caught that. While other companies want a few hundred more for break down wood or carry off property. Monster Tree brings all equipment and machinery , making it easier ,less expensive and yet safe. Super cool to watch inside and impressive machinery. Thank you so much.

If I could give it a negative one star I would!! I had a guy come out, did a walk around my entire property. Explained what it was that I needed now and what I know I would need in the future, being 2026. Asked if he would send me two separate quotes, one for the work needed now and one for the later. He said yes, gave some great tips on a large maple tree in my far backyard, mentioned how they would need to get through my gates to bring their machine in the backyard to get to the two Sycamore trees and he left stating I would get a quote within a week. A week went by, a week and a half, almost two weeks and nothing. I called the company, they finally sent out a quote two days after. INCORRECT! They were trying to group the later work in with what I asked for first. Three different quotes on the paper, all separate items and NOTHING of what I asked. This foolishness took place three times and I had to call three times, because each quote sent back to me was the items moved around still adding the future project with the current project and leaving off a part of the current project to add in a different quote. That last time I called spoke with some woman who sounds inebriated when answering the phone, she asked for me to give the information to her, that possibly the guy may have misunderstood what I was asking for and that she'd make sure they update it and send it w/in a week. Gave it to her, she mentioned how simple that was and that she thought it was clear what I was asking for. It was Concise.........Clear as faucet water what I asked for Maple tree in front yard trim back branches, Sycamore tree in backyard trim back branches that were too close to the house. Far back Maple tree since it was splitting to be taken care of spring 2026. Giving her this information almost two weeks ago and still NO UPDATED QUOTE!! Very Poor Business.

Extremely pleased with the results! We needed two trees cut down. They were quick in their work and everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very affordable as well!
