From the very beginning, he was extremely thorough in explaining the entire end-to-end process and provided detailed paperwork that clearly outlined the scope of work, timelines, and expectations. Hiring Rob for our bathroom Reno was a fantastic decision. He helped us work within our small budget by working around existing tile and providing diverse renovation options. He was flexible and easy to have around our home. He kept the workspace clean and made it as functional as possible in between work days. In addition, he focused solely on our job so it was done quickly. He definitely goes above and beyond, and takes pride in his work.Rob was able to replace our bathtub without damaging the existing tiles. He also took the time to refinish the walls, and reuse and touch up the old wall trim. This was so important to us because it’s very hard to find a talented contractor who doesn’t insist on replacing everything.We are so happy with the finished product that we have invited him back to do a more in depth Reno on our downstairs washroom. I saw the excellent work Robert had done renovating a friend’s bathrooms and kitchen and asked her for her contractor’s name. Robert gutted and renovated our main bathroom and our ensuite bathroom and we are extremely pleased with the outcome of both rooms. They look beautiful and they are functional.Robert involved us in the renovations right from our first meeting. We truly felt part of the project. He kept us informed of the work he was doing, the costs of the materials and provided us with valuable guidance and advice. Robert has many contacts in the renovation industry and he referred us to plumbing suppliers, tile and stone distributors and vanity manufacturers so we could make informed choices.Robert is very neat and detail-oriented. He started each morning at the same time and let us know if he would be delayed for any reason. At the end of each day, he made sure the areas in which he had worked were clean. The neighbour who referred us to Robert at Noble Bath and Renovations, described him as ‘very thorough, and very tidy’. We had never done an indoor renovation before, and right from our initial consultation, Robert came across as extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and solution-focused. We brought forward a whole jumble of different ideas we wanted to try to incorporate to our small upstairs bathroom… Robert considered all our requests and concerns, and worked with us to come up with a plan that would incorporate as much of our ‘wish list’ as possible; with a focus on esthetic and function, all while keeping our budget in mind. Robert was very reliable and responsive… He would reply to any emails right away, and he arrived right on time every day. We had an opportunity to speak with him daily about how the project was moving along; and we had regular budget check-in meetings as the project progressed. He consistently recommended high-quality products, and always had thoughtful recommendations where a specific item would work best in the space. He would always allow us time to think over any decisions that needed to be made, and we never felt pressured to rush in to anything. Robert was always very considerate about being in our home / workspace Mon – Fri, and would be very respectful of our time and schedules. We would describe Robert’s work as ‘meticulous’ and very detail oriented, but he was still able to work quickly and efficiently. In the end, we now have a highly functional, beautifully updated bathroom, that was completed on-time and on-budget. We would be very happy to use Robert again on another home improvement project; and we’d also be happy to refer him to any friends and family to work on their homes.

Robert is unlike any other contractor we have worked with - he is transparent, honest, reliable and very methodical in planning every detail.Robert completely gutted and renovated 2 of our bathrooms, and also replaced windows and refreshed our bedrooms (including closet doors).
