I had a great experience at Fit Body Forever in Prosper. The trainers are terrific. They’re with you through the entire session. The classmates formed a wonderful community. It was the kind of support and accountability I needed. There was lots of encouragement and help to grow and improve. It’s a clean, friendly place to go. Honestly, however, it’s a bit pricey. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and especially if you’re over 50 and need a structured program for strength, balance and muscle development. For that, it’s a great place! Check it out! They have a great trial program.

Prosper Fit Body has been a life changing experience for me. The Fit Body Forever Class for those over 60 is wonderful. Coaches Louise and Vanessa are excellent motivators for this program.At 74 years old and VERY out of shape I did not think I could possibly do the work but they have helped me tremendously and instilled a confidence that I did not have. I recently completed the 28 day challenge at Prosper Fit Body Boot Camp, and I can honestly say it was such a great experience. The staff is incredibly encouraging while still holding you accountable, which made a huge difference in staying consistent and motivated. The facility is always clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable every time I walked in. On top of that, their app makes booking workout sessions super easy and convenient. There was no stress trying to fit workouts into a busy schedule because they offer so many classes throughout the day. Overall, I highly recommend Prosper Fit Body Boot Camp if you’re looking for a supportive, structured, and positive environment to reach your fitness goals!
