I’ve been going for approximately two years. The facility is clean and the workouts are just shy of 30 minutes. Great workouts for people who are always on the move and can’t be at a gym for long periods of time.

Prosper Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) is designed specifically for people who want maximum fat loss in minimum time. It isn't a traditional bodybuilding gym; it’s a high-energy, 30-minute metabolic conditioning center. The coaches on the floor are great, and very supportive. It’s a "team" environment, which provides the accountability many people need to stay consistent. Thanks to the coaches and different types of workouts !!

I love Prosper Fit Body Boot Camp! The gym is always super clean, and the staff is so nice, supportive, and motivating. It’s also really close to where I live, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I started in June 2024, and I’ve noticed such a big difference in my body and strength since then. I’m so glad I joined and definitely recommend it! 💪✨
