I will say the only issue i had was with the sump pump check valve, the one they use works fine it was just a little loud but i ordered a quitter one on amazon for 20-30$ and installed it and that fixed the problem. all in all we are really happy with the results. I am managing a 50 year old rental property that has a cement floor basement that is below the water table for at least half the year and therefore has standing water most of the year creating the obvious problems. I was asking my local contractor to solve the issue by digging a trench around the entire building and adding an exterior sump which would have cost about $20k. He recommended I look into Basement Waterproofing although he had little experience. They quoted ~$11k for creating a drain system under the existing floor (you need to have everything out of the way) and then doing the exterior wall injection. They came with about 10 guys and did the job in about 6 hours and it has worked so far...it's been about 2 months during a wet period. I'm impressed. Less

I had water in my basement and BWI come round and did a complete assessment. They use the exterior wall injection on the north wall, as there was water coming in through that wall. We also installed a dehumidification system which made a huge difference to the smell and moisture in t he basement.
