They were very easy to work with! They had installed a system in our house under the previous owner, and we had no problem transferring it into our name once we moved in. After we had our driveway redone and water made its way in to the basement due to poor sealing by the driveway vendor, Basement Waterproofing came out to our house and added to their system at no charge to us. They are responsive, easy to get a hold of, and followed up regularly with us to make sure we were happy with the work. Could not recommend them more!!

We had issues with our basement getting wet during spring time when all the snow around the house would melt. I called up Basement waterproofing and they sent out an estimate and he was super helpful and professional. 2 weeks later there workers came out and installed their basement water proofing system and ever since then we had a dry basement. I will say the only issue i had was with the sump pump check valve, the one they use works fine it was just a little loud but i ordered a quitter one on amazon for 20-30$ and installed it and that fixed the problem. all in all we are really happy with the results.

I am managing a 50 year old rental property that has a cement floor basement that is below the water table for at least half the year and therefore has standing water most of the year creating the obvious problems. I was asking my local contractor to solve the issue by digging a trench around the entire building and adding an exterior sump which would have cost about $20k. He recommended I look into Basement Waterproofing although he had little experience. They quoted ~$11k for creating a drain system under the existing floor (you need to have everything out of the way) and then doing the exterior wall injection. They came with about 10 guys and did the job in about 6 hours and it has worked so far...it's been about 2 months during a wet period. I'm impressed.

I am very pleased with the service and work that has been done. I wished that I had this done years ago. I crew came and did the entire job in one day, inside and out. I liked the idea of injecting bentonite around the exterior of the house. Most places either want to dig around the exterior or just try to fix from the inside. After a couple of months, I called because I had some damp and wet spots on the floor. We scheduled an appointment to come out and they took care of that also. My basement is the driest it's ever been in the 35 years of living here. I would totally recommend this company

I had my basement done by a prior company and the system plugged up and failed. The prior company was out of Pennsylvania, and out of business, I had no recourse. I hired Basement Waterproofing Inc. and they were able to utilize some of the old system as well as repair the old one. They took me under their wing and I am glad to say that my basement is now dry again for a fraction of the cost of my original system. Thank you again.

We had a dirt floor, and wet from a spring in the wet season. Basement Waterproofing installed an inner floor system and poured concrete over my old dirt floor. The difference is amazing, a new dry concrete floor and the upstairs even smells better absent all the humidity. So happy we did this, it has changed our home living in a very healthy way.
