Of the companies I called, Indy Steamers offered the best price. They did not come on the original appointment day, and it took several calls and texts to get an answer and reschedule. But when I spoke with John, he made it happen! They were out the next day! Damon, the technician, was very nice and did a good job. I hope it takes care of the issue. (My cats thought the carpet was their litter box.) Fingers crossed!

Easy making an appointment on line. The carpet had a heavy (dirty) traffic pattern plus pet stains. Damon called ahead to give me his arrival time. He and his partner got to work immediately. Damon told me to call if any stains reappeared. He was courteous and efficient. I would hire again.

Damon Lott was professional, respectful, and extremely easy to work with! He did an excellent job completing upholstery cleaning and did it in a timely manner.
