Working with Michelle was easy. She heard what we liked to do, what we didn’t and we discussed the budget in order to come up with a vacation that wouldn’t break the bank but provide us with a relaxing, enjoyable and adventurous excursion from everyday life. Whenever the need occurred to validate dates/times/ pickups Michelle was readily available, even when left for the airport forgetting my paperwork. Michelle was delightful and quick in response emailing me everything I felt I needed before my flight took off. The places she found us and the excursions were spot on. Costa Rica was a bucket list adventure that Michelle helped to make a reality in the most enjoyable manner.

Michelle takes the time to ask "what do you like to to do?", and then helps you plan your trip to your desired destination making it a fantastic trip. Thanks to our travel agent Michelle our trip to Punta Cana was outstanding!!! It was my birthday and she made sure that we had a blast the hotel was excellent and with non stop flights there and back we couldn't ask for anything more. I traveled with the Fitness Fanatics Adventures to Cancun, and it was a very pleasant trip !! after a starting issue with the management of the hotel where we were supposed to be hosted ( they double booked our rooms), the vacation ended up to be a total success, in a different ( and upgraded) resort; after our return back home the company's representative, Michelle, got us a two nights refund for the upset initially generated by the locals in Mexico- great professionals !! will definitely travel with them again :)
