Ian made himself available to complete an in-person home visit, to learn more about our child's behaviors and risk-factors, prior to requesting a Home Modification. After the initial meeting, he sent a completed Home Modification Evaluation, suggesting supports that would minimize risk to the health and safety of our son, on a daily basis. Ian was very considerate of our time and was so gentle in his approach, especially when discussing our son's behaviors, deficits and challenges. He managed to maintain his kindhearted nature while being incredibly thorough, asking every question and follow up necessary to gain an understanding of our circumstances, the supports we need and the scope of the project. Ian worked in tandem, with the contractors considering the project, to ensure that the evaluation had sufficient details to cover the inspired approach that the contractor proposed. Overall, Ian was a dream to work with and handled such sensitive topics with compassion and professionalism.

Medicaid needed some additional information on two DME (Durable Medical Equipment) devises for our daughter. Ian not only understood our issues he also wrote two letters on our behalf. His help and expertise was invaluable in helping us get a problem corrected. We were at our wits end. Ian came to our rescue and we greatly appreciated his knowledge and commitment to help us.
