We were looking for someone to build a covered deck and patio and this company delivered for us. From the initial sales consult, quote, design, and actual construction, they followed through on everything that they said they would. Chris came out to quote our project and come up with the initial design. He was easy to communicate with to make minor changes to the design and quote so that it was exactly what we wanted and fell within our budget. Dashaun was the primary designer and he did an excellent job coming up with our vision on paper. We went back and on forth on where we wanted certain things and he would swiftly make the changes in the design and send them back over to us. Once the project got started, Steve was the project manager who laid out the plan for us right from the beginning. When we first met with him during our preconstruction meeting, we asked for him to be a good communicator with us about the details of the project and overall timeline (even when there would be delays). He always kept us in the loop about what the team was planning on doing and when. If they were waiting on materials and didn't plan on being there for a couple of days, he let us know that as well. He was always very polite and positive in his messages, and most importantly, followed through on his word. Lastly, Julia and her team were the primary contractors that did the construction work. They do amazing work and show great attention to detail. She was easy and kind to talk to when they were onsite and they always left the space cleaned up and organized when they left for the day. When there were a few weather delays, they would often work on weekends and late into the evenings in order to stay on the set timeline. We absolutely love our new addition and have been spending lots of time on it. We have already recommended this company to many of our friends and neighbors.
