I decided to use Third Space Builders after driving by one of their job sites where they were constructing a house addition/deck. I had a rear entry door off of my deck that was in very bad shape and needed replacement (no maintenance from previous owner). I knew that the job would likely involve some siding/flashing work, and probably some structural work as well. From previous reviews, it seemed like Third Space was a quality company that could easily handle this job. I was pleased with the entire process. Every person I spoke to, including Richard (owner), Dustin, and Brandon (project manager), was pleasant and courteous. While it took a bit of time between quoting and project start, once the job was underway, Brandon worked efficiently. I appreciated the fact that he kept the work area neat and organized, both inside and outside. Communication was good during the door replacement, and Brandon even handled a couple of small requests (outside of project scope) without questions. The finish work on the replaced door and frame is great (paint, threshold, trim – all great). Based on my experience, I would use Third Space Builders again. I think they typically handle larger jobs than mine, but this was a good opportunity for me to see their work on a smaller scale. I will definitely be using them for my first big renovation project, whether that’s an outdoor living space, or a bathroom or kitchen renovation. Less
