I cannot say enough good things about the service provided.Update: AJR does not disappoint! Long story short, Murphy's Law... but AJR was there in a hurry, took care of the necessary repairs, professional, courteous, thorough. I am a customer for life! THANK YOU!!!AJR really set the standard high! They even returned my call after hours & made good on their promise to have a tech out first thing the next morning to gather info to provide a quote for two (2) complete heat pump systems. The tech was prompt & professional. The owner went above & beyond to get my business, answered questions & offered advice about what to ask other contractors bidding the job, along with providing an extremely competitive bid. Always a little scary when someone wants money up front, but the deposit is to cover the cost of the equipment being installed. The installers showed up on time, were courteous & kind enough to explain things so I could understand, they cleaned up after themselves & finished the job in a timely manner as promised. I can only hope AJR will meet the level of expectation they have set for themselves if/when a problem arises with the new equipment they installed. I will certainly be keeping them on my contractors list & would recommend them for any job, big or small. Thanks AJR for going out of your way!

Great work. The came and fixed the washer and dishwasher. Had to order the right parts. But all in all they did a great job.I even call them back a fridge issues a week later. And he came back today to fix it.

When I went shopping for a new Heat pump system I got a few bids like normal for any big purchase.One company was a nice guy but even as a friend of a family member things were not clear.Next “company” young guy pulled up in his Mercedes wearing g shorts and a T shirt. Spit out a number.Now AJRI am very mechanically inclined so I had question. The owner of the company took the time to explain a few things to me on the different types of systems, thermostats and efficiency of them. Not only did he know what he was talking about but he was the best price and definitely best value.I say value because the install included an initial service plan for two trips. Scheduling my second visit Monday.AJR came out and installed two new units inside and out in one day.I could not be happier with my decision and the units. Highly highly recommend these guys for whatever your needs are!
