I fell in love with this place from the moment I walked in until the moment I left! ❤️🦷The customer service is absolutely amazing! The ladies at the front desk are so friendly, kind, and helpful. I had a small issue with my dental insurance, but they went out of their way to help me look up the information online so I could continue with my appointment. They made me feel cared for from the very beginning!When I met Dr. John Hegazin, I explained how I was feeling and shared the bad experiences I had previously had with other dentists in Lakewood Ranch. Those experiences had left me feeling very afraid of going to the dentist.Dr. Hegazin was incredibly patient with me. Throughout the entire process, he explained what I needed, went over the different options available, and discussed how we could try to save my tooth instead of losing it. And he did it—he saved my tooth! 🙌They also offered me payment options, which I truly appreciated. But the most amazing part was the procedure itself. I could feel the pressure and knew he was working on my tooth, but I felt absolutely no pain! I still wonder how he does it! 😂❤️After having such bad experiences in the past, finding a dental team that treats you with so much kindness, patience, and professionalism makes all the difference.Thank you, Dr. John Hegazin, and the entire team for restoring my confidence and saving my tooth!
