So we decided to build a pond! Two draws that drained into one small valley. 100% 80 year old oak forest. We got estimates from three different contractors. In the end PayDirt offered a superior dam drainage system and a price within our budget.PayDirt did an amazing job! First crew came in for a week and cleared all the trees and stacked the logs and burnt all the tops. Crew two came in and removed all the organic materials and hunted red clay for dam. Gary the owner personally built the dam. He was very meticulous in placing all the material exactly the way he wanted it. Continuous tracking in and packing material first around drainage system and then into core trench with good red clay. Then built a big beautiful dam with an emergency overflow channel on virgin ground lower end of dam. His men, machines and working atmosphere is professional and well maintained.We are now waiting for rain! lolI would highly recommend PayDirt for anyone needing a grading or heavy work project done professionally and with real care to detail!
