I recently completed the Fast Track to Aesthetics course with Rejuvenate Academy, which included:• Foundation Botox (upper face)• Foundation Filler (lips, smile lines, nasolabial folds)• Vitamin B12 Injections• Microneedling• Anatomy & Physiology Level 3• Complications Management• First Aid• Lemon Bottle Fat Dissolving• Lemon Bottle Skin Booster• ProfhiloThe course was advertised as including ongoing business support, marketing guidance, a 24/7 helpline, exclusive growth insights, and a professional photoshoot to help build our brand. At the start, communication was great — Llewellyn was extremely helpful, transparent, and made me feel confident about signing up. Unfortunately, the experience during and after training didn’t match what was promised. The training itself was a 3-day course:• Day 1 (Theory): There were 6 students and 1 trainer in a very small room with limited seating — two people had to sit on stools for six hours. The trainer was clearly overwhelmed by the number of questions, and it felt like too many students for one instructor. I held back from asking questions because she was under pressure.• Days 2 & 3 (Practical): We had to share models, so we didn’t complete any treatments independently. Some treatments weren’t demonstrated at all due to a lack of models, which left me feeling underprepared and unconfident. The 6:1 student-to-trainer ratio is far too high for such important, hands-on treatments. One student in our group really struggled but still passed, as it seems everyone automatically passes. We were told we could return for an extra practical day if needed, but this was never followed up or mentioned again once we paid.As for the ongoing support, none of what was promised materialized:• No expert guidance on setting up an aesthetics business• No marketing advice or exclusive brand insights• The “professional photoshoot” was for their use, not ours — we had to take our own photos• The “24/7 support helpline” is misleading — when a student asked a question at night, she was told off and informed that support after 6 pm is for emergencies onlyOverall, I left feeling disappointed and let down. The course did not deliver what was advertised, and I don’t feel I received the level of training or support needed to safely and confidently start my aesthetics career. I would not recommend Rejuvenate Academy or train with them again.UPDATE- I trained at the Luton Academy so definitely the correct place I am reviewing
