Very frustrated! We just got this car yesterday and it's running hot today I have called the emergency number 7 times and no one has reached out to contact us back! It was a fast easy process but this car is trash and I am very unhappy about it!!! 😡Update! We received a call and now the vehicle is being replaced 🙌🏾 now we are happy again! The guy was very well mannered and very apologetic about the situation! Thank you guys for coming to help outside of business hours!! ❤️🙌🏾

Ez Rentals lives up to their name for sure. Their service was great. Their staff were so cool, they treated me and my family good. I’m a very satisfied customer and will be renting from them again when needed in the near future. My rental experience was nice and smooth with this company. I have no complaints! Steven helped me and made sure I got the car I felt most comfortable in. The extension process was very quick and easy as well. Will be renting from them again soon.
