Our experience with Lulamon was flawless from start to finish. This was our first time building and we had heard all of the horror stories. But right from the very beginning Lulamon put us at ease, taking their time to understand our project and what we were trying to achieve. They provided a very detailed quote and assisted us in identifying areas we could make improvements and adjustments to the designs and specifications. The project commenced at the agreed time and was completed well ahead of schedule, from knockdown to rebuild in less than 10months. An amazing effort.Jeff's attention to detail ensured that any issues were delt with in advance and that all trades working on our project delivered to the highest quality. As this was our dream home we wanted to be involved in all of the details and Jeff was highly consultative throughout the process. There were no hidden surprises. Lulamon were open and transparent during the project and everything was delivered exactly to our expectations.Being our first building experience we had many questions, but for Lulamon nothing was ever a problem. They were contactable and responsive at all times. We were never left wondering. Any questions or issues, no matter how small, were delt with promptly and professionally. The high level of customer care we experienced commenced before we had engaged Lulamon, throughout our project and has continued long after our build was completed.We had such a great experience with Lulamon and have already recommended them to many family and friends.
