This year I was faced with the largest disaster I've faced as a home owner. Severe wind brought a tree onto my roof doing so much more damage than I could have anticipated. Thankfully the folks at Falcon knew what to do. I reached out, overwhelmed at the process. Despite being one of many clients just after a storm that left a lot of damage, they walked me through everything I should expect, helped me deal with my insurance, and even more importantly, advocated on my behalf with my insurance. It's easy to forget that industries like insurance have their own language and the people at Falcon speak it fluently! They are my go to recommendation for roofs in the Quad Cities! Fast, Friendly, and Knowledgeable!

We hired Falcon Home Improvement to repair a water damaged, exterior wall & door-frame. They also replaced some rotted facia on the roof/eves and then capped all the facia and window frames in aluminum. They did quality work, did it relatively quickly and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would use them again for future construction and repair work.UPDATE: In September '25, We called Falcon back to redo the outdoor deck behind our 4-unit building. They did the work quickly and the finished product looks great. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

My experience with Falcon Home Improvement was nothing short of excellent. Being a single female, it can be challenging finding the right contractor for the job. Wanting it all but definitely focused on finding an honest, reliable contractor that has competitive pricing. I live over an hour away from Davenport but felt the need to seek a contractor outside of my local area. I wasn't getting the service I needed or deserved, so I expanded my search to include Falcon Home Improvement. So thankful I did. Shawn was informative, knowledgeable, timely, dependable and honest. Also very patient with my many questions. The workmanship was equally impressive. Not only did I get the best service, but the pricing was exceptional as well. The house is looking wonderful after getting the Dream project done! Falcon Home Improvement did a great job on the project!! 5 stars!!! Very communicative & good quality. I appreciate the hard work in getting it done! Thank you! Got new porch stairs, 4 basement windows replaced, 4 windows upstairs replaced, new siding with window wraps & new front porch rails!!! Feels nice to have all the work done to make the house look great! Love the dark blue! Just the color we wanted for it! Glad we can open the windows that were replaced & they are energy efficient. Very happy the porch stairs are now solid, have a rail & actually are installed properly. Made the porch nice & stable. Now we are set for the next 35+ years! Here are the before & after pictures.

Shawn and his team were fantastic to work with. From the moment we met them we felt they were the right fit for our siding/soffit/fascia/gutters/doors/window needs and we were 100% right. The work was done well, high quality and by a team that made sure we felt confident all along. We are so pleased with the finished product and we have one of the prettiest homes on the block!

Outstanding work on a complete remodel of our main bathroom. Great contractor communication with Tyler. Tyler cleaned up each night, minimized any mess with sheeting. The results are even better than we ever imagined.Extremely happy customer!!
