I appreciate the protective packaging, as I don’t need to be there at drop off because I know my items are protected from weather! The service itself is everything you can want! The items feel wonderful, look, and smell great! I don’t prefer a heavy scent to my laundry, and they perfect the balance between smelling fresh, but not overwhelming. I have never given specific requests, I know you can make requests but I haven’t needed to. I will be gifting this to friends as a new baby gift. I so wish I had Hampers4U as a new mom!
