Had some time sensitive loan modification docs to keep my home, was able to fit me in the same day and also delivered the signed and notarized documents, at no extra cost, to the main FedEx processing center in Lancaster / Palmdale to make sure they got sent out ASAP and emailed me the receipt with tracking number. Even had waterproof FedEx envelopes on hand to put my documents in with the return overnight return label, instead of the cardboard FedEx envelope that the mortgage company provided that often get damaged in the speedy processing centers or damaged by water. Knowing the importance of these documents Donovan used the stronger waterproof FedEx envelope and had delivered it to the main FedEx office just to make sure it got sent out that day. He knew that getting it out that day and received in one piece meant my home.
