When I called to schedule for someone to come out and remove a wasp nest out of the crawlspace in our basement, I expected to have to wait a week or two (one local competitor was scheduling 3 weeks out, which is why I ended up calling Pest Pros). They were able to get me in the next day.The service technician, Hayden, calmly assessed the situation (even though we were in a tight, dark, enclosed area with a flashlight and a nest full of wasps🫤). While I high-tailed it out of his way, he thoroughly removed the nest and all occupants. He left the area tidy with no trace of the paper hive.I was impressed with the prompt service and the very reasonable rate. Would recommend!

Hi guys, from an operational standpoint… not bad. Customer service from one employee could have been better. But I never thought I would see such negative derogatory comments listed in my initial plan to help keep me safe from bats. Racist comments… I’m only writing because every minority is not as strong as me and can not handle being victimized by a technician’s words… during the midst of an emergency. You’d think $2700 would buy some respect in one’s own home, but I guess not. I only decided to speak up after seeing the story about the old black man who picked up his Ford 🛻 and the oil change sticker said “Thank you, come again N word.” Black dollars matter, and I don’t appreciate the disrespect. They sure mattered to Pest Pros competition who “pleaded” for my business and offered me a 10% discount…

Masen was professional and reassuring as he explained the process he would be using to rid our garage soffit corner of colony of yellow jackets. He explained it might take up to two weeks for the spray and “dust” he applied to do their jobs on the colony. True to his warnings, the insects are pretty angry today, and we are staying away from them. Thanks Masen and Pest Pros.
