Imagine this, all the work of finding a home that you love, good condition, right schools, something the wife really loves, affordable, etc etc. You find such a home, offer is accepted. Then you start going through escrow. On the checklist you have homeowners insurance and initially you think? Oh yeah, what's the big deal? I'll call a few places, get a couple of quotes done and done.That's what I thought. But then I find out most insurance companies that I use before don't even service California anymore! On top of that, the ones that do, want to charge you an arm and a leg to include fire coverage. Finding insurance became one of the biggest headaches for me.Until I talked to Seth! Unlike most places that for whatever reason, take days and days to get back to you with a quote, Seth came back so fast. Outlined multiple options at different price points. Help explain the pros and cons, so that I can make the best decision that I felt comfortable with. He was super clear, super responsive, super friendly, and just an all around nice guy to talk to it when you're feeling stressed out trying to buy a house.So if you're looking for insurance, shop around, but I would definitely include Seth in the list. I had talked to nearly a dozen agents. Seth was the one. Wish I had talked to him earlier in the process.
