Once I saw that one of my vinyl records that I left on the player had warped and twisted due to the hot weather. I knew something had to be, done, so wife and I discussed, task given to me, made the call, but wasn’t prepared for the amount of calls, emails, video consultations, face to face meetings that came with it, hard sell sales people, range of products, outside panels only, full roof, bespoke, made onsite, off the shelf, ceiling only with huge price differences. We were overwhelmed, decided to respond to many by declining, which some took badly, vinyl records removed, project on pause.This year 2026 we decided we were ready and had agreed the product we wanted based on our budget and our needs. I contacted John again because when I spoke with him last year on the phone, he was kind, patient, friendly, really listened to our needs, budget, shared pictures of their work , basically educated me on the range of products and the industry, with no hard sell, wished me the best and said to feel free to come back, no charge, just genuine free advice, a rarity in today’s world. I knew in my mind there and then we’d be coming back.Yes, two great lads arrived, both professional, respectful, friendly, both felt comfortable to leave them alone on many occasions to go out and get on with our day. A delivery of materials arrived and later on the electrician arrived and she was also polite, respectful, friendly, very professional, only asking where do we want the dimmer switch to be and showing the fixtures and how it would look, so this meant all would be completed in one day and not two because everything fell into place. We now have a beautiful looking insulated white ceiling with six spot lights and it has transformed our conservatory. We no longer feel like we’re sitting outside, but snug and cosy. Thank you and we will definitely recommend you.Ps just got to try the vinyl record test in the summer ☀️😜🤞🏾🤞🏾

Had Snug out to install a new conservatory roof last year. Replaced a glass roof which was baking hot in summer and freezing in winter! Its now a room that we can use all year round having a proper fully insulated tiled roof.Steve who came round was very knowledgeable. Explained the full build to me and what would happen.Had a couple of other companies round and they didn't really impress me in comparison.They were also a couple grand cheaper than the next best quote!Would 100% recommend!
