Let me start by saying I know so many people that if one shingle gets blown off they get a new roof! Well not me, I had 18 get blown off on April 1st of 2023. My insurance company denied me basically 3 times. They even went as far as to provide me the color and where to buy they shingles to repair. Lou kept insisting through 3 months of effort that my claim was justified and he was going to get it done. The insurance industry is complex with deductibles, depreciation, replacement values, etc. Combine all these variables with the fact that with all the natural disasters and violent weather insurance companies main responsibilities are to their shareholders not to their policy holders. I won with Lou, it wasn’t easy but again he knew and he persisted to the end. The job was quick, they cleaned up and they were gone. I highly recommend Lou and LP3 Exteriors. We wound up paying our deductible and insurance covered replacing our entire roof. Took two days and the crew were courteous and professional. We had a troublesome gate to our fenced backyard that never closed properly. They took it off the hinges and fixed it. It's never worked better. Didn't ask them to but they must've decided it was gonna make getting to the backyard harder. We also had a satellite tv dish from 8 years ago just sitting on the roof. We asked if they could just remove it and that eyesore is gone now. Entire crew cleaned up afterwards so all debris, shingles and nails are all gone. Beyond pleased with this company and the contractors they sent out. Give your crew a raise because they're fantastic! Less
