Service of our septic tank was fast and exceptional; I called and the next day the tanker was here and the septic being cleaned out. Great price, too. Staff both on the phone and the tanker were polite and knowledgeable. Will recommend to others that this was great customer service.

The driver was excellent. After the pit was pump out we found the pump blocked. Myself and another very elderly man attempted to lift it out. It was far too heavy for us. The driver insisted on doing it. After it was cleared he insisted on putting in back in as we just couldn’t do it. He was very helpful. Please thank him for us.

After quick responses and quote, Jake and Jade were on top of it all, pumping out the tanks and giving us some great advice for the future. I will be sure to get in contact in a few years time for our next pump out.
