Schmidt Kitchens in Bristol have been brilliant from start to finsih. Eleonor was our desighner and she was thorough, helpful, pleasnt to deal with and we have absolutley ended up with a really wonderful kitchen that met alll of our needs. The rest of the staff, installers and in fact the whole experiecne has been fantastic. The kitchen looks fantastic - its expensive but not excessive compared to others and god quality. Thansk you.

Fabulous new kitchen and a fabulous service from beginning to end! Having been to a few larger well known kitchen showrooms and felt completely overwhelmed I was brave and opened the door to the Schmidt shop and immediately felt calm. After an initial ‘hello’ I was left to wander at will, and ask any questions that I had. No pressure, just friendly honest advice. Eleanor our designer, was an excellent guide, she knows her stuff and has an eye for detail. The fitters were amazing too, everything came on time, and we felt confident throughout the whole process. The kitchen came in on budget and we love it! Brilliant service, can’t recommend them highly enough.

We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful kitchen. Marielle and her lovely team have been brilliant from start to finish.Our builder caused us all sorts of delays but Marielle exhibited endless patience and helped us work through amendments to the kitchen design to accommodate building changes as they arose. The attention to detail was fantastic and Marielle talked us through any changes and took great care to ensure we were completely happy with the design prior to installation.Neal, the installation engineer was amazing. He quietly got on with building the kitchen with great care & skill.Marielle has an excellent team including the delightful Jessica who ensures all the paperwork is in order & deals with queries very efficiently, and then Matt who visits site to make sure everything is as it should be and trouble shoots as required.All in all, we cannot recommend Marielle and her wonderful team at Schmidt highly enough... they were all such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We love our new kitchen ♥️

Excellent service from start to finish. Eleanor guided us through all aspects of the design process and created the perfect kitchen for us and was extremely patient with my amends along the way. Matt and Pete who took final measurements once our extension was built and then fitted the kitchen were lovely and so professional. The kitchen looks amazing and the quality is great. The storage design is perfect - my kitchen has never been so well organised or stocked and I have empty cupboards waiting for me to decide what to do with them. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend!

Schmidt came recommended by my neighbour, and I could not fault the process or the final result. Georgie was amazing at talking me through the options and working up a design to meet my (many) demands.Jack and his team were great fitters, and I'm especially pleased with the tiling (floor and an entire wall).The team as a whole is incredibly professional and any queries/ minor issues/ changes were dealt with quickly and professionally.It's been 6 months since my kitchen was finished and I love it more every day!It might seem a little bit more expensive, but you'll end up with a kitchen that you won't want to change every ten years - I think I'll have mine for the rest of my life, which could be another 50 years!Thank you Georgie, Jack, and team.

We have just had bedroom furniture designed and fitted by Schmidt Bristol. The design, installation, product quality and customer service provided by Marielle and the Schmidt Bristol team has been second to none and we are very happy with the result.However there is more to this story that demonstrates Schmidt Bristol and Schmidt HQ’s commitment to customer service.We had been badly let down by another Schmidt franchise whereby the project was poorly designed and left unfinished when they went out of business. I can’t comment on the reasons behind this but suffice to say that Schmidt stepped up and rescued us from what could have been a very difficult situation.Schmidt headquarters contacted us with reassurance that the situation would be rectified and we were passed to Marielle at Schmidt Bristol who proceeded to redesign and replace the whole project to our great satisfaction and at no cost.Clearly there was inconvenience to us as a result of having the disruption of a second installation process but we were able to endure this because of the professional way that it was all handled.So, thank you again to Marielle and the Schmidt Bristol team and Schmidt HQ for delivering an excellent product and equally excellent customer service.

The moment I entered the showroom I was greeted warmly by Eleanor, who went on to design my kitchen. I was concerned it would be out of my price range, but worked out to be not significantly more than a well known out of town provider. I was kept informed throughout the process by Eleanor and also was very pleased with the quality of the units and the professionalism of the fitters. Jack, the main fitter, project managed much of the extra work I needed such as electrics, plumbing, plastering, painting and flooring. Jack and all the team were a pleasure to deal with.You get a follow up visit two months later from your designer, just to check that everything is working and that you’re happy.I am very happy and the little bit extra I paid was more than made up for by the Rolls Royce customer service I received.The fitting, with all the extras I had, only took about 10 days, and everyone turned up when they said they would.All in all, superb.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom and were greeted by Kelly (designer), we knew we would be buying our kitchen from Schmidt. Kelly listened to our initial ideas (likes / dislikes), steered us towards different options for cabinets, worktops and design elements, some of which challenged our preconceptions. Kelly was mindful of our budget limitations and managed to produce a design that exceeded our expectations - within budget. She spent time going through the design with us, offered opinions but was equally respectful of our choices. With Schmidt, the 'dry installation' costs are included in the quote - which brings us to Jack & Ade - a fitting duo who worked meticulously and linked us in with other contractors (small bits of plastering and electrical jobs linked to the re-fit), all of whom were professional, gave competitive quotes and didn't disappoint, turning up at agreed times to enable to project to run to time. Then there was Matt who completed site visits during and after the installation to support with any (very minor) snags - adjusting hinges after they had bedded in, tweaking trims for everything to be perfect. Schmidt even arranged for the worktop company to return to address another very minor sealant imperfection. In the background coordinating and ensuring everything ran to schedule was Jessica - her regular and timely emails helped everyone keep to timescales. We would like to thank Marielle and her wonderful team for a smooth and stress-free experience from start-to-finish. We can highly recommend Schmidt for unparalleled service and a beautiful kitchen.

Such a brilliant team to work with and excellent product.We love the fantastic layout and the fact that the kitchen looks and feels like it cost double the price we paid. This makes it very easy for us to highly recommend Schmidt Bristol.For transparency, it’s important to share that the smooth running of this part of our home extension was dependent on good relationships. We had amazing builders (Tweedy Brothers) who worked really well alongside the Schmidt installation team. As clients, we had a responsibility to be clear with what we wanted, and to flag up any questions. We also allocated enough time to discuss the process which enabled Eleanor, the designer, to fully understand how we lived and would use the space before she created the initial design. She did an incredible job, as did Jack and Ant on the smooth installation.We loved that any issues were dealt with quickly, professionally and always with a friendly chat or quick response to an email from Jess. Kelly patiently took on board my ideas and came up with just what I wanted. Jack and his team then did a fantastic job putting everything together and making sure that every detail was in place; the whole process was a lot less stressful than I had expected. Since the first email to set up the appointment, Kelly and the Schdmit team understood completely what our needs were. After the first appointment with Kelly I knew we would end up getting our kitchen from Schmidt. The space is maximised with the multiple solutions that they offer. Mid-way the process we had a change of ideas so we could install a Quooker tap and Kelly kindly updated the plan so we could have the tap included. The fitting went really smooth and they adjusted several things as we required. I thought they would be more expensive than other kitchen providers, but the price was really similar to others so this made it for us really easy to say yes. I can’t recommend Schmidt Bristol and Schmidt in general enough.

The customer care at every stage in the process of my having a new kitchen was exemplary.The units are excellent quality, but it’s the little things that make the difference. Little ingenuities and design build that make the whole kitchen, very economic and workable.We had a couple of issues and they were sorted out straight away With no fuss, no hassle.Eleanor and Marie Ella and Jessica were brilliant. I have to mention Eleanor in particular, she guided us through the whole process, and if there are any problems in the future, they’re there to fix them.
