I have been a client for 15 - 20 years and have found John and his team to be very customer focused and creative as we, (wife and I), approached our retirement years and actually retired about 13 years ago. We've enjoyed more income then we expected to achieve at an acceptable level of risk and the strategies that have been employed protected us from market volatility.If I have one complaint it's that, as John has focused on growing and expanding his business over the last 5 years or so, the focus on serving his existing customer base has often taken a back seat and that can be aggravating and frustrating. He needs more and better people on the "front line" to deal with his existing customers needs and questions.
