I've had a lengthy, terrible experience with this poorly run company. I used them for a time when I lived in Utah for a few landscaping projects and lawn maintenance. They had poor communication, often didn't show up, and didn't do a great job with their landscaping work. I finally discontinued the service and they didn't show up the last several times when they were still contracted to come. I've now moved out of state to the other side of the country and yet they still continue to call me (just twice in the past week) to sell me more landscaping services, even though they don't operate anywhere within several thousand miles of where I live. I've explained this to them several times since it's a waste of their time to call someone on the other side of country from where they have services. And yet they continue to call. Extremely disorganized and frankly dysfunctional.

I own a property within an HOA that uses Prime Landscaping for snow removal. They have been extremely inconsistent and often do a poor job. We will not be renewing our contract with them.However, I'm writing this review mainly because I have observed their drivers driving extremely recklessly on highway 80 twice in a single week. Going over 90, weaving in and out of traffic. Today, I was shocked to see a nutjob Prime Landscaping driver driving an King Ranch F150 down Parleys cutting people off, driving 90 degrees. I recorded it this time. Absolutely insane. If you have your logo plastered on your truck you might want to be watching yourself or your employees.
