Had the most amazing time staying here during our trip to Miami, the hosts are so gracious, super accommodating and only a text/call away for anything you might need during the entire stay. Upon check in, i was pleasantly surprised with a nice welcome note and a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday. They really go above and beyond for their guests. The condo was beautifully clean, just as pictured, gorgeous view of the city, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was spacious and clean stocked with necessities. Check in/checkout was a very smooth process using the app. Never ran into any issues at all during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again for my next visit to Miami. Thank you so much once again!

We Had a great time during our stay! Building Location is fantastic with so much to do in the area. Caroline is an amazing host!! She was extremely attentive and responsive before and throughout our stay. Condo was very comfortable for our whole family of 5, well equipped, and very clean. Baby high chair and pack and play was super helpful for our 14 month old. We will definitely be back!

For a recent trip to south Florida we needed a property to accommodate a couple, a teenager and a 90+ year old. We needed three bedrooms, at least two bathrooms and all on one level. The house in Cutler Bay ticked all those boxes. It was also very clean, comfortable and conveniently located near the family and events we were there for. The layout and decor gave all the vacation vibes we'd hoped for, that included the small but tranquil backyard. One surprise was the near daily appearance of peacocks in the adjoining lot and surrounding neighborhood. Apparently, they are considered an invasive species but they are majestic to see. There were plenty of other birds to watch and listen to if that's your thing. Despite the wildlife the property is located less than half a mile from a shopping center with a Publix, shops and restaurants. You could even walk to them, mood and weather permitting. The host was very responsive, providing all information and answering questions quickly after we booked. They checked in via email after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property if you're in Cutler Bay, Homestead and surrounding areas.

Very reasonable accommodations and good communication. One caveat is that you are staying in a hotel and have to deal with the front desk at check-in, which takes a bit of time. On the other hand everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very good experience, and there is also a decent breakfast included with your stay. All-in-all a win.

This place was perfect! Brand new everything! The resort was wonderful (it was basically a private resort while we were there). Drinks and food were wonderful! The only problem we had was the location. When we booked on VRBO the location made it appear that it was down in Placencia village. However when you look up the Placencia Resort it is located about 10 miles north up the peninsula. Definitely not walkable but we were only there for three nights so we didn’t mind paying for a taxi into town one of the days ($25 USD each way). Beautiful resort though and the host was very helpful and made sure to check up on us multiple times!

A really awesome place to stay. There is everything to make you feel comfortable - hair dryer, coffee machine, Brita, even coffee filters, tea and coffee. The location is great, by the beach, and only 15min by bike to Ocean Drive. bonus: the neighbour has 2 cute cats :) we really enjoyed staying there!

Condo was in a great section of Miami and a really nice place to stay! Family had an awesome trip and would definitely consider staying here again. Host was very responsive and it was extra nice to be in a locked community with a family. Everything felt private and accessible. Great Miami trip!!!
