At just 6 weeks postpartum 2nd time mom, I knew I didn’t want to fall into the same slum I did my first time around. I wanted to make time for myself, commit to feeling better, and shed the extra weight in a healthy, sustainable way. Seeing so many moms on social media talk about ‘filling your cup first’ really stuck with me, and I can honestly say that once I decided to pour into myself through fitness, everything changed. I became a better mom, wife, and friend because I finally felt like me again.Sustained Fitness was exactly the push and structure I needed. Not only did I watch the weight fall off, but for the first time I truly learned how to eat right and nourish my body. Now that I’ve completed the program, I’m continuing to eat the same foods that fuel me and implementing everything Sustained Fitness has taught me.Amanda is amazing and has paved the road for my postpartum fitness journey.
