I would highly recommend this company for mold inspection and testing purposes. They responded quickly, took samples from our home the next day and provided a comprehensive and detailed testing result report. Included was a thorough post inspection consultation with Sid Zagri. We had water intrusion Into our condominium unit and subsequent mold infestation. We were being ignored by the HOA. Their excellent report and my discussions with Mr. Zagri have helped me understand what is going on in my home and with efforts to have the HOA remediate the mold. Mr. Zagri also reviewed a mold inspection result provided by the HOA, which seemed lacking in scope and information to me. He clearly outlined why the HOA’s mold report was deficient and provided recommendations for remediation and sanitation of the affected areas in my condo. Having their clear and easy to understand reports has provided very important information to help protect not only our home, but our health.
