From the information that I gave her, she was able to provide a dietary plan just for me based on my health.In our sessions she helped me to understand that there are many factors to weight gain and how to combat them. Briana offers meal plans, recipes and will even help you to learn and understand the labels on our food. This can help you to be in control of what you really are eating.I especially learned about mindful eating. It’s not always about just what you are eating. It’s about food planning, food preparation, slowly eating and not eating in a stressed state.I would recommend Briana to my friends and colleagues.
