I feel like I need to reach out and let everybody know my experience with Pittsburgh integrated wellness and Kari Gardner has been nothing but professional kind very informative I've learned so much concerning my health eating habits I went from 190 to 140 it has been 2 years getting down to this weight but so worth it. Anytime I need a pep talk I just text and Kari gets right back to me and lifts my spirits up makes me feel better and urges me to continue going. Thank you for listening to me ramble on...but i needed to vent!

I can’t say enough good things about Pittsburgh Integrated Wellness. I’ve been going there for years, and when I had a severe back and sciatica flare-up about four years ago, their treatment played a major role in my recovery and ultimately helped me avoid spinal surgery.I recently returned with another very painful flare-up, and once again they have been incredibly thorough and careful. Rather than jumping into aggressive adjustments, they listened to my symptoms and tailored the treatment with gentle stretching, spinal decompression, and red light therapy.After several very difficult days, I walked out of my most recent appointment feeling the best I had since this began, with significantly improved mobility and much less pain sitting and standing.The entire team is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The adjustment was good, but that’s not what you get, you get sold on things that are bait and switch, then get told your healthcare won’t cover and their plan is almost 300.00 dollars over your healthcare. And be sure to make sure you click on the 59.00 first visit or you will be charged more.

Was not sure what to expect with the weight loss program. I have always had a big struggle just to lose 10lbs then put right back on.My cardiologist recommended the weight loss shots insurance denied twice truthfully was not the route I wanted anyways. My husband found Pittsburgh Integrated Wellness and they offered Chirothin. It works! It is a lot of prep work with eating everything fresh and a lot of water also no supplements that make you feel weird. I lost 37lbs in 10 weeks and learned how to eat clean. I would definitely recommend. Kari and the staff there are awesome she will make sure you keep going and get the weight off. It is nice to have someone there daily to have your back. Thank you.

Just 30 days ago and my wife had to essentially carry me into this office. I was unable to walk after an injury; my ‘regular’ doctor said “see you in 3 weeks”.Dr. Carr and Dr. Dan administered the most empathetic holistic and comprehensive wellness plan for six consecutive days, to get me out of my acute state. For the next four weeks, they advised and cared for me, teaching me better ways to move at home.I am elated to be walking on my own - NO walker, NO cane, and essentially no pain. My care plan is yet to be complete and I certainly have more strides to make. But I have made it to the light at the end of the tunnel and see a much brighter future allow me to live the athletic lifestyle I love.

I’d been told by several doctors I would have to live with the pain in my back and neck. Simple arthritis and wear and tear for my age. I went through the program suggested by Dr Dan and I’m currently on maintenance. My pain is 95% gone and I’m thrilled! The entire team is fantastic and I’m thankful I put my trust in them. Came in for bad lower back pain. Great, friendly staff. Took their time to figure out my exact issues, took X-rays and have been very hands on. I highly recommend them if you have an issue. Virtually pain free after a few weeks

Dr.dan helped me so much with my elbows, I could not move without pain, after therapy almost no pain and movement.. know he is working on my knees and I feel already an improvement. Everybody is extrem nice. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve had neck & back issues my entire adult life. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis in 2006. I’ve had professional massages and been through MANY chiropractors who quite frankly, did absolutely nothing for me.In fact, a couple of them actually made everything worse.In February 2024, I had a 3 level laminectomy. It helped tremendously, but I have still had issues on and off since then. Approximately 5 weeks ago, I started getting a constant stabbing pain in my lower back/right hip. It was so bad that when my husband suggested going to his Chiropractor 🥺🥺 I didn’t argue. That‼️ In itself it’s saying a lot. This is my 3rd week of treatment at Pittsburgh Integrated Wellness… And I cannot express fully enough in mere words how grateful I am to have found this place! Three weeks into treatment and I feel 10 years younger! Within 5 treatments, the visceral pain that I had in my right hip is gone. I’m not saying that I’m completely over the hump, but the pain that had me sitting in my chair for 5 SOLID DAYS is gone and has stayed that way.Looking at my x-rays and not being any kind of medical professional .. I could see myself how completely out of whack my spine and body was. Dr Dan is a GODSEND💥 I’m actually looking forward to the rest of my journey and recovery. It’s a new lease on life when you can move without pain & do things you haven’t been able to in years.
