Contacted Deal Direct Blinds 2 days ago after the cord snapped on my blinds (they were fitted a few year ago from this company and was a general wear and tear issue), they were so quick to get me booked in to check blind and were able to fix it within 2 days of my call. Took 15 mins to fix & they completed it whilst I waited with a lovely cup of coffee, special thanks to Hannah & Jackie on a wonderful service.

Second time we have used Deal Direct for large windows. We have just had 3 large ceiling height 2.5 m wide windows fitted with hard wired motorised roller blinds. The 1st similar sized window was done a month ago as a trial run. Again we are very happy with the results. The zapper was programmed by the lads so they operate separately or all together. The anthracite cassettes are end to end and appear to be seamless. All wires hidden and they even sprayed the trunking anthracite so it doesn't show at all behind the top of the blind. Once again Peter came out to measure and advise and gave us a very good price. Jason Paul and Scott had the blinds fitted and tested quite quickly with very little mess. We just had to contact our electrician to connect the prepared wires to the fused Spurs. They don't do electrical connections but we were advised about this so we were prepared and aware that an electrician was required. All in all can't fault this company.
