I arranged for Deal Direct Blinds to measure and quote for some blinds for my home and the service from start to finish has been fantastic. Peter came out to measure and quote for us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through the most suitable options and explained what would work best for what we needed in terms of achieving the darkness and privacy we required. He never pushed more expensive products or finishes and actually explained how some of these options wouldn’t be right for what we needed, which was a breath of fresh air. I was more than happy with the prices quoted and booked in to have them fitted. The office staff who I spoke to for fitting dates were great and booked them in to fit with my schedule. Scott and Jason came to fit my blinds. They let me know when they were on their way and arrived promptly. They were both really friendly, and got the work done to a high standard. They ensured everything was fitted safely and securely and as I had arranged with Peter. My home was left tidy and I was shown the ins and outs of my new blinds thoroughly. From start to finish all staff I have dealt with were great. They have been highly professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you

10\10 experience with deals direct blinds!We had our shutters fitted on Thursday and they are unbelievable! We left the house unattended with our dog and Paul and Jason were unreal with him! We’ve just ordered some more blinds for our kitchen and have asked for them to come back and fit them! Would recommend to anyone!

We went to Deal Direct blinds for our new build. The entire team have been very helpful, Rob came out and measured and talked us through all the options, he was very patient as we took a long time deliberating. Once ordered the fitting was arranged very timely, unfortunately we had to have several windows replaced and the company agreed to split fitting, fitting the windows that were fine and agreeing to comeback once the windows were changed. Unfortunately it took 3 months from our first fitting to the replacement however Eva was very helpful and arranged for the blinds to be fitted the following day. Scott was very helpful and left the house tidy. Overall happy with experience.
