This gym is always open, spotless, clean, comfortable and friendly. I came back after a couple months off due to surgery, and the staff welcomed me back. They helped me set up a 15 minute workout from a chair, and offered to help me with physical therapy tips. I'm so pleased I'm back!

The facility has enough of everything, so any person could do they type of workout they are interested in. All of the equipment is well maintained, and the place is clean. Instructors are always cleaning when not working with customers. Even the parking lot is clean.
