Paid around £800 for scalp micropigmentation and the pigment faded/wouldn't hold after every session. I went through multiple painful follow-up sessions as they tried to make it work. When I eventually said enough, there was no refund, no resolution, no accountability. For this price, the work should last and the clinic should stand behind it. Very disappointed - would not recommend.
