I walked into CrossFit OTL thinking I was too far gone — 44% body fat, tired, stressed, and sure that real change was behind me. Five months later, I’ve lost 33 pounds, dropped to 32% body fat, and I’ve deadlifted 270 pounds, back squatted 210, and run a 9-minute mile. But the real win?
