KMF has changed my life. I've seen incredible results from the personal training program in just a few months. The trainers Vinny and Chris make you feel welcomed from the very start and create a program for your personal goals. In the sessions you will be pushed hard but they will also make it a good time! The gym itself has such a good vibe, incredible equipment and has a real sense of community. Before KMF I was going to big corporate gyms and I am so much happier at KMF!! Highly recommend to anyone.

Even though it’s semi-private personal training, every workout is completely customized to your specific goals, needs, and abilities. You never feel like you’re just following a generic group plan - the attention to detail and personalization really set them apart.The gym itself is clean, modern, and an overall great vibe. It’s motivating without being intimidating. I would never go to any other gym. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. Vinny is one of the most approachable, genuine people I’ve ever met, he communicates with everyone who comes into the gym and truly makes you feel seen. He’s gone beyond being a trainer or owner; he’s become family to me. Vinny motivates me every single day to be better, not just physically, but mentally and personally too. I started 4 years ago without any gym experience… watched this gym progress into a really cool vibe to add to my gym journey.Now with the semi private training it has become the best of both worlds!
