This Breathwork and SaltCave journey happened to fall perfectly during a time when I was in need of self-rejuvenation. Plus, I wanted to take advantage of the Strawberry Moon energies.My last experience doing breathwork didn't go so well as it was pretty aggressive, and I didn't feel I did it correctly. However, it felt right to keep trying.This was my first time working with Tammy. Talk about a gift. From grounding with intent, enjoying cacao, to the healing breathwork and then integrating in the Salt Cave among like-minded new friends, this proved to be a full, rewarding experience. Tammy's gentle voice and informed guidance went beyond my expectations. All sorts of blackages were being released through my left shoulder blades and arm.Additionally, she offered Reiki work during the breathwork, which released sharp points from both my feet. That was interesting. It was an enlightening and cool experience.The integration afterward in the Salt Cave was additionally grounding. I can't wait for my next opportunity to work with Tammy and her intuitive husband, Casey. I found them to be pure in heart and highly recommend them as gifted healers to work with. I would rate the conference 3.5 out of 5 stars for myself because I couldn't get past the upsells. Many of the products are very costly and don't always work how they are advertised. For instance, the Super Patch did not work for me, but many others found it helped. I believe much of this patch is psychosomatic.Although I use some somatic practices in my field of social work, there are many of these practices that I feel can cause an increased trauma response if the person is not in a good place already. This actually happened while I was there with 2 of my friends. Although the desired outcome was not to cause pain, that is exactly what it did.With great work comes greater responsibility. This was more of a convention than a conference for me.

My experience with the Healing Conference is always amazing. In the beginning of the first few I was nervous and uncertain what I was walking into, but after going to several of them, its amazing to see all the people and small businesses putting themselves out there to help people heal and step into their true selves. Tammy and Casey are awesome people in what that do to put something like this together. It was my first time attending and I had an amazing day. The vendors were all really great to talk to and the classes I got to attend were awesome as well. Was able to try a red light therapy session, a Reiki session, multiple meditations in the classes, and the breath work at the end of the day was so intense and I was able to release so much emotional baggage. Loved it all!
