Worst waxing experience I’ve had. I called ahead to say I’d be late, yet was charged a $20 late fee with no policy shown when I asked—staff refused to provide any proof. The service itself was extremely unprofessional. A strange dough-like wax was used and the same piece appeared to be reused across my body, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Large amounts of hair were left behind, so the service was ineffective. To make matters worse, I ended up with itching and breakouts afterward. Overall, this felt unhygienic, poorly done, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place at all for waxing

Wow. I did a body steam/scrub and I feel amazing. Like I shed 10 pounds! Sarah was so nice during the process and making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend coming here for the experience and the results!!

Ladies, RUN don’t walk to this relaxation haven.The second I stepped inside, I swear I got teleported straight to North Africa. The air was thick with rich incense, the colours wrapped around you like a warm hug… it’s a whole experience before they even touch you.From the steam to the body scrub, everything felt luxurious 😩 like the kind of care that makes you forget what stress even is. I didn’t just leave exfoliated, I left with my nervous system fully reset. When I say I was relaxed… I was gone. I caught myself drooling during the scrub and when it was time to get up? I genuinely forgot how to walk for a second.And don’t even get me started on the body lotion and oil. I walked out smelling like a rich African auntie with generational wealth and zero worries.They WILL be seeing me again.

She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and you can tell she really loves what she does.The treatment was honestly the perfect mix of exciting and relaxing. One moment I was feeling energized and curious about the whole experience, and the next I was completely melted into relaxation. It felt a little magical, like hitting a reset button for both body and mind.Zahra made the whole experience feel personal and special, and I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and smiling the whole way home.10/10 will absolutely go back again. Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself to something a little different and really relaxing

From the moment you walk in the door you know that there is something special going to happen.The ambience is quiet, relaxing and the smell is amazing. Sarah was absolutely amazing! She answered all my questions not just about the treatment but also her culture. It was important for me to understand so I could appreciate the full cultural experience. I wish I could give it 10 stars.I did the Lady Package and let me tell you I was detoxified from head to toe…. First the steam bath- make sure you are hydrated before you go because you are going to sweat like nothin you have experienced…I also had a full body exfoliation and I literally shed my old skin…ohhh and let’s not forget the face the rose water reminded me of my grandma.All her products are homemade using all natural ingredients - I feel brand new.She has one of the most unique experiences and the only spa like this in Edmonton…. Please do yourself a favour and go you will not regret it!!! I will be back ❤️
