We had them come out and give us ideas on redoing and replacing some plants and a redesign. Initially we were very happy with the response. We have a small front yard but still take pride in what we have. Adam said he would get back to us in 10-14 days with the design. The day came for his representative to come and go over the design plans. He did not come at designated time. We texted Adam to see if they were still coming. No response from him or his representative. Since we had errands to run we put a note on the door and left. We are very disappointed. This is the 4th business that has done this. We would have appreciated just being told upfront our job wasn't worth their time or effort. How disappointing. Sorry we can't give the 5 star rating we were hoping to give. Less
