Mike was referred to me by my customer service rep at Lennar. Mike was extremely friendly and passionate about water. I am not from a state that requires a water Softner so I appreciated him taking the time to share all his knowledge. He ended up meeting up with me at my house just to meet me because most of what we talked about we had went over on the phone. Paul did my install who was just as friendly as Mike. He pointed out some things I should look out for at my shut off valve at the street and answered all my questions. I am extremely confident on how to run the equipment and what to do if something were to happen. Mike was a little more expensive but worth every penny. Just keep in mind that the lifetime warranty is only for parts so you will need to pay for the labor which is $200 if they need to comeOut but sounds like they won’t need to come out really at all until the inside of the Softner needs to be changed a between year 7-9. That service you will also need to pay for. I would go with Mike again! Thank you AGM!

The Educators (not salesmen) at AGM, walk you through the difficult and sometimes misleading process of getting a water softener. They make it easy and have excellent communication throughout the process. For what you're getting, they have the best pricing and service. It was done in my pre plumbed home within 1.5 hrs. We had a great experience with AGM! Michael was so great about informing us of the ins and out of a water softener. Parker and Jeff installed for us with professionalism and patience. We have a lot of rocks in the ground and they did such a wonderful job of installing! We were very unsure about having it installed on the outside of our home, but Parker eased our apprehensions by taking his time to explain that this would be the best place for it. They even installed a shed to keep the water softener safe from the elements. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who is considering a water softener. I bought a home in San Antonio that came with a A.G.M water softener ,well one morning on my way out to work I heard a noise of water rushing out a hose that was going out to the wall from my water softener,in the garage.I panic due to going to work and so I turned the main water switch off.when I got home called the a.g m. Company and left a msg.being thanksgiving I couldn't wait so I called local plumbing company out of schertz called A and A,they send some professional that wanted to sell me a brand new unit for well over 5 thousand.lucky I waited for a second opinion,that's when a fellow by the name of Michael Montgomery called and ran by a few tasks over the phone to solve the problem.he told me the system was just cleaning it's self up or generating.He was so helpful and presice with his diagnosis that I was so blessed to know that there are people or companies that stand behind there work. Just got my AGM water softening system installed man is it great and it’s simple to use working with Michael the owner and Jeff the educator everything went smooth. The system is real simple to operate. I have had water softeners in the past and they get a bit confusing this water softening system is a breeze. The basic reasons we purchased this was because it is made right here in San Antonio. And, it’s important to note it has a lifetime guarantee. as promised Paul and Nicholas, the installation folk arrived punctually, and had everything done with less than two hours as planned. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Reiterating the warranty was lifetime with the system that I got. I do not need an under sink separate system. Everything is built into one water, softening bundle. I really want to again thank Michael, Jeff, Paul, and Nicolas for doing such an outstanding job.
