I wish I could leave zero stars. This company or the team member they sent did a horrendous job. The gentleman failed to assess the carpet, pre-treat any spots, and worst of all, he didn't vacuum before he began "cleaning"! I've never seen anyone just clean carpet without vacuuming first. I pulled out my own carpet cleaning machine to go over what he "cleaned" since I could still see stains, and the water still looked like mud! Highly unprofessional and certainly would not recommend to anyone. Wasted money!

Extrodenary Carpet Cleaning Company just performed a miracle on my carpets. I’m pretty sure they’re cleaner than when I first moved in!!Super fast, super friendly, and now I’m considering banning shoes—and possibly people—from ever touching my floors again. Highly recommend!
