Cannot recommend Sphere Studio enough! I was new to the area and had a trial here, I felt at ease and welcomed after some time off from gym environments from my first class.Lonnie and the team push you hard, but they also always aim to make the workouts fun. I’ve done both 1-1 and small group classes and always enjoy them.
