I joined Sphere in February and I’m so glad that I did! It’s such a welcoming and friendly gym where you feel comfortable to get stronger. Lonnie, Shauna and Ger are all excellent at what they do and encourage you to get the best out of you. I’ve loved it so much that I’ve upped my membership! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get healthy and strong.

I would highly recommend the semi private training classes!! Both Lonnie and Shauna are brilliant, and provide a very safe and warm environment!

booked on classpass and it was a very nice semi private gym class. it might even be a fully private one if no one else book.
