We bought a house and seller used this company for final cleaning before we move in and seller gave us the receipt, so we did the walk thru right after they clean the house, we noticed the kitchen cabinet shelves are dirty, dish washer door is sticky, so we contacted the cleaning service asking for solution they told us someone will contact me and come back to finish the job, we didn’t hear anything and 2nd day we called again, got told the same thing… 3rd day calling…no one is answering the phone. So use them and you will see what I’m talking about. Here’s the pictures.I’m not sure if I’m being too picky or my expectation of the job done was too high? But I just figured if someone had paid me $400 I’d do a lot better job. The house we bought was already kept clean and well maintained I’m sure the seller just needed a more thorough mop and vacuum to get the place perfect for us, but this is what we get. I’m done calling them to seek solution,I might as well just take care of the stickiness and dirty spot on my own and just wanted their future customers to beware of their job quality.
