When I brought my vehicle on the day of the appointment, everyone was very friendly and listened to my requests. They also completed the work on schedule and kept me informed. When I picked up my vehicle, they went through everything that was done and showed me the extra coating they applied to the outside. My car smells exactly like the day I got it (brand new)! My vehicle smelled and looked better than it has in a long time, even before I bought it used. I have never felt the exterior that smooth before. The car had weather mats but it did not hold for the carpet mats below and Bridgette and Dakota did an amazing job of getting the gunk out.
