Our experience with Elegant Kitchen and Bath has been fantastic! They helped us 10 years ago with a basement bathroom. This time we went to them for a complete kitchen remodel. From our initial consultation to the completion of the project, the process was stress free and very friendly and professional. We were lucky to work with the project manager Hakan Bakir. He kept us in the loop the whole time and answered all our questions. Edgar did all the work from demolition to rebuilding and cleaning up after all the work was complete. We recently remodeled our kitchen with Elegant Kitchen & Bath and were pleased with the results! Omer, our designer, and Hakan, our project manager, made the process easy to understand and personally made sure that we were able to end up with a beautiful new kitchen. Hakan especially was quick to respond to any concerns and visit the site himself when any issues were to arise. The crew who came to work on the kitchen everyday were kind and always made sure to leave our home in a clean state. While the project took a bit longer than originally estimated and we were hoping for more proactive communication regarding updates with our kitchen, this was our first big scale project and our whole family loves the new part of our home! This 5-star review is for Enes, our project manager, who we worked with for over 1 year for our kitchen bump-out, full kitchen remodel, and basement finishing. Enes was great to work with and thoughtfully addressed all of our concerns (and there were many) along the way. This was our first time working on a project of this magnitude, so I didn't really understand what to expect from the whole process, but I will say I would have expected the entire project to go smoother. There were a significant number of "misses" and "redo's" along the entire project, but at the end of the day, Enes and Elegant Kitchen did what they could do to make things right for us, which was very important. Enes was always attentive to our needs, responsive to calls, texts, and emails, and met with me as much as I requested. He also was able to accommodate various specific requests we had.
