We would have appreciated a little more time to breathe and explore options during those early stages.*The Process: The renovation had its share of challenges. Specifically, the project struggled to pass inspections, which was a source of stress for us.*Craftsmanship: While we are happy with the overall look, we felt they could have paid more attention to the details, as the craftsmanship could have been better in certain areas.Management & Resolution*Despite these hurdles, our project manager, Enes, was the highlight of the experience. Every time we brought a concern or a detail to his attention, he addressed it without hesitation. His responsiveness was key to getting us to the finish line.The Outcome*Despite the hurdles, the overall integration of the new cabinetry has transformed the space.We are thrilled with our new kitchen.

Let me first start by saying my experience with Elegant Kitchen and Bath was amazing!!! Hands down! We first met with Tyfun to help us design an open concept kitchen and go for a more modern style home. His designs were exactly what we were looking for!From there, the entire process was smooth and well-managed. Our project manager, Hakan, was extremely responsive and attentive to every single detail we wanted in our home. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure everything stayed on track. Even when we ran into a small hiccup with the sizing of the cabinets, Hakan handled it professionally and made us feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. He truly made us feel like we could trust him, which means everything during a renovation.I also have to give a huge shoutout to Juan the crew lead! He made sure everything was done up to standard and, most importantly, installed correctly. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and that level of care really shows in the final result.Overall, the teamwork, communication, and attention to detail from everyone involved made this such a great experience. Elegant Kitchen & Bath renovated our kitchen, sunroom, master bathroom and powder room, and everything looks absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship, workmanship and service were excellent! Omer, Hakan, and Oscar were very customer oriented and were consummate professionals throughout the entire design and construction process. They did a great job on my full remodel bathroom. Tayfun was my designer and he took inspiration from my kitchen remodel (not done by them) to carry themes and my design preferences into the bathroom. He also really helped me maximize the layout of a small space. Enes was my project manager, and he was very responsive to questions I had and kept me updated on progress. Mynor was my main contractor at the house and he worked cleanly, efficiently, and had great attention to detail. The tile work, the plumbing changes, the cabinet installs - all really well done. From start to finish on this gut job (plus wall demo and rebuild), this project took 4 weeks. Main construction was done in just under 3, with the last week waiting for the glass enclosure. Very happy with it and would recommend them to anyone!
